We’ve built a business that is centred around its people, and we’re proud of our inclusive and progressive culture.
Our tech and data expertise make us one of the UK’s leading companies and we were named one of the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2018.
We’re not simply a website that allows people to buy and sell vehicles. Through the evolution of our digital platforms and innovative data products we make the process of buying and selling cars easier for consumers, retailers and manufacturers.autotraderlife
UNEARTHING DIGITAL TALENT. BUILDING INNOVATIVE TEAMS
We're MRJ. A small team of talent consultants that live and breathe the Digital age.
We make a difference. We make things simple. We deliver.
Obsessive in nature, we delve deeper because we care. Consistently going above and beyond to make a difference, we deliver by making things simple.
“Driven by purpose, not profit. We don’t have KPI’s and financial targets, it’s just not the MRJ way. Instead we're simply motivated by inspiring talent, changing lives and making a difference.” Jody Marks, MDmrjrec
Established in 2008, FutureGov is a change agency that supports public sector organisations through digital transformation.
We use design, technology and organisation development approaches to create public services fit for the 21st century. Over the last ten years, we’ve worked with over 50 local authorities from Essex to Aberdeen; including Salford, North East Lincolnshire, and Dorset Councils. We’ve doubled in size, setting up a second office in Sheffield to provide a local base in the North of the UK. We’re proud to be partners in new programmes of works with Bradford, Essex and Homes England, helping them to build their capacity to support 21st-century needs and new ways of working.FutureGov
RealUX is local meetup in Manchester for everyone interested in UX and the digital industry.
During our informal meetups, we explore the UX process behind an app or website developed by a Manchester-based company, looking at both what worked and what hasn’t during the designing and implementing process. We also discuss a range of issues beyond UX that concern digital businesses and we have inspiring lightning talks as well so you are encouraged to learn and reflect during these sessions.
Digital wizards of the North assemble!
This is a group for anyone in the digital space, whether you're a CEO of a ftse 10, a freelance UX Developer, the Technical Director of the hottest new start-up, a SEO Executive, a tech student or or .... well, I think you get the idea! We travel about too! So watch out for us visiting a city near you! And last, but by no means least, we host some outrageous social events to give everyone a chance to chat about our passion - the #Digitalnorth - over a cheeky pint (or five!) and typically copious amounts of pizza.

We're a monthly User Centred Design meetup based in Bristol. We hold talks and workshops on topics relating to design and research across disciplines including everything from UX, graphic design, service design to 3D and more. The meetup is sponsored by Natural Interaction and People For Research
UX research - in its many forms - is as vital to the success of a product or experience as it ever has been. In an increasingly data-led world, we can't simply reduce audiences to numbers on a screen or a set of interactions in a data-set. It only tells half the story! For any company - from enterprise to SME - to be successful, we have to understand why audiences act the way they do and to do that, we have to look beyond the data and engage them on a more personal level. The Power of UX Research group is dedicated to discussing the power of user research and user-focused design through case studies, change stories and discussing different methods that result in rewarding omni-channel experiences. If you're a dedicated researcher, a creator of intuitive and audience-tailored experiences or just wanting to know more, we want you to be part of the conversation!
Together with our sponsors we aim to create great experiences and delight our participants.
We're interested in creating bespoke sponsorship packages for interested organisations. We also offer a range of "off the shelf" sponsorship options.
