About this Case Study

In this case study, I will talk through some examples of the challenges my team faced whilst working with Olympic and Paralympic athletes to monitor and improve their health, wellness and performance. I will share some of the techniques we adopted to deal with difficult stakeholders and their assumptions, how we evolved the solution quickly and how being user-centred was at the heart of everything we did.

About the Speaker

Chris has had a number of job titles over the past 10 years, all following the same theme - contributing to the development of user-centred products that solve real problems.

He currently leads a number of technology projects at the English Institute of Sport, combining the 2 subjects he is most passionate about, sport and technology.

Chris plays a key role in the Athlete Health and Sport Intelligence teams, working closely with athletes and support staff to provide digital solutions for Olympic and Paralympic sports.
