About the Speaker
Mark Cruth is an agile transformation coach and advocate for user-centred design with Teal Mavericks, a consulting company focused on redesigning the future of work.
An agile advocate since 2009, Mark has made it his mission to inject the values and principles of agile into everything he does. With a master’s degree in user-centred Design, Mark blends his experience in agile and his passion for UX to create team environments that support value delivery.
Mark has worked as an agile coach, scrum master and product owner across several different industries, as well as having taught user-centred design at the University of Washington. When not head-down in the latest book on self-management or deep in conversation with a team, Mark can be found reading one of his favorite sci-fi novels (specifically anything by Brandon Sanderson) or playing with Lego with his kids.
