About the Speaker

Dr Anastasia Dedyukhina is an author, TEDx speaker, Huffington Post blogger, coach and a former senior digital marketer. Having spent 12+ years working for global media and internet brands, she ditched her smartphone in the middle of her senior international career when she realised how dependent she had become on it.

Today she acts as a business mentor, supporting ethical tech start-ups, and runs a tech-life balance consultancy, Consciously Digital, helping companies and individuals be more productive and less stressed in an age of digital distraction. Anastasia was born in Russia, has lived in 6 different countries and is a UK citizen.

She frequently appears in the UK and international press as an expert on tech-life balance and ethical technology. Her first book, Homo Distractus, was successfully crowdfunded for in 2017 and published in April 2018.

She spoke at UX Cambridge 2018. Her latest gigs and videos are online.
