British Gas
Usability testing used to be expensive, irregular and a mystical dark art hidden behind two-way mirrors with tasty pastries and chunky, soon-to-be-ignored ring-bound reports.

In this session I share how we built our usability lab at British Gas and continue to improve it. I'll share some tips and tricks we have learned along the way, the cognitive science approach we have taken for innovative testing around new areas like VUI and some new methods on the horizon for the future of behavioural science based UX research.
